Get Miley Cyrus' Hair
Miley Cyrus is one of my favorite Actress/Singers so for the next hair how-to, I'm researching different websites on how to her hair like Miley Cyrus.
The first comes from Instyle and is the "Low Ponytail"
Tools Needed:
Volumizing Foam
Blow Dryer
Medium Round Brush
Hairspray
Elastic
Step 1: Apply volumizing foam to wet, freshly washed hair
Step 2: Part hair on side and blow dry section by section while curling ends of hair with a medium round brush
Step 3: Spray hairspray to entire head
Step 4: Mold hair into a wave shape along your ear, using your hand
Step 5: Pull hair into ponytail and spray again with hairspray
The next comes from The Beauty Bunny, which is Miley's "Fairy Tale Curls."
Tools:
Lightweight Mousse
Blow Dryer (for straight hair)
Extensions (optional)
1-inch Curling Iron
Shine Spray
Hairspray
Step 1: After washing hair, use lightweight mousse in damp hair.
Step 2: If you have naturally straight hair, blow dry your hair, but if its curly or wavy, air dry it.
Step 3: If you would like to add extensions use NON SYNTHETIC. If you want to copy Miley's style use 21-inch extentions.
Step 4: Using a 1-inch curling iron curl 1-2 inch sections, starting close to the roots but stopping just short of the ends
Step 5: Starting with the hair just below your ears, grab the edges of individual large curls between your index finger and thumb and PULL THEM OUTWARD, SLIGHTLY, continuing down your hair, pulling the curls apart more and more until you reach the ends to keep the curls from being to tight, which also adds volume.
Step 6: Mist hair with SILICON shine spray and and then a VERY LIGHT mist of hairspray
This next one is also from Instyle and is the "Wavy half-up style"
First style hair, as the "fairy tale curls." but first part hair in the center this time.
For the "half-up style":
Tools:
Bobby Pins or another hair accessory
Hairspray
Step 1: Pull a small section from each side of your head and bring to the back and secure with bobby pins or other cute hair accessory.
Step 2: Lightly spray with hairspray to finish
The last Miley Cyrus hairstyle comes from Diva Villiage. It's the "Ponytail Bun."
Tools:
Lightweight Mousse
Blow Dryer
Large Bristle Round Brush
1 1/2 Inch Barrel Curling Iron
Hairspray
Step 1: After washing hair, use lightweight mousse on entire head.
Step 2: Blow dry hair and divide into several sections while using a large bristle round brush, making sure you direct the air flow down and blow dry from roots to ends and blowing out bangs in a side sweeping motion.
Step 3: Curl hair with a 1 1/2 inch barrel curling iron adding loose curls to entire head, overlooking bangs unless they are long enough to add some curls to
Step 4: Spray with hairspray to finish and run fingers through hair to pull them out a bit.
Step 5: Leaving bangs out, gather your hair to one side and pull your hair into a half pony tail/half bun and secure with an elastic.
Step 6: Spray again with hairspray and arrange the curls as you see fit.
I hope you enjoy trying out these hairstyles as much as I will. As soon as I find my curling iron at home ;)

Oh NO, Taylor...
Taylor Momsen was seen out in NYC last night for Allegra Versache's 23rd birthday wearing...this...And I have to say...its not the best look. Not only does Taylor not look like a 15 year old should, but the dress is too short, the neckline goes down too far, and it looks to be too thin. The only good thing about this dress is the color. This dress also does not look right with those shoes, which look too big, BTW. Or maybe its because her legs look too skinny. Every site I've seen this picture at has called this look "cute." I'm sorry, but its anything but. And what is up with her hair!? Is the back of her hair only pulled back or what!?
Honey, your 15 years old, I think its time you dressed the part. I don't care if your in a rock band, your 15! And why are you hanging out with 20 some year olds!? I think its also time you hang out with people your own age.
Ok, now that I got all that out...what do you think?

Selena Gomez is Raising Hope and Looking Cute
This off the shoulder dress that Selena Gomez chose for the Raise Hope for the Congo Hollywood Event in LA, looks adorable! Selena always looks cute, though. I love her dress, its not only cute, but age appropriate. I'm not really liking her shoes, however, they look alright with the dress.

Outfit Post 3
This outfit I wore last night to my friend Kelly's house party.
Shoes: JC Penny
For my hair I blow dryed it straight, and then flat ironed it. Then I flipped my hair over, sprayed the front of my hair with hairspray, put the headband on, and flipped it back. I then used bobby pins to pin half my hair back, and pulled it off to the side in a side ponytail.

Shenea Grimes is Summer Chic
f
Shenea Grimes looks fabulous at the premiere of (500) Days of Summer. She picked a wonderful summery dress and her shoes are so hot! If you haven't figured out by now that I LOVE shoes, you do now! And I love Shenea's shoes! She also has the perfect summer like waves to top off the ensemble!
What do you think of Shenea's summer chic look?

Ashlee Simpson: Hot Momma
I've been a huge fan of Ashlee Simpson since she was on 7th Heaven, I'm not to fond of the outfit that she wore to the Axe Instinct Launch. Even so, she still looks hot! I do like her shoes, however! And with that body, it looks like she had no trouble getting back to what she looked like before baby Bronx.

Cute Ways to Wear...Eyeshadow
Since my last "Cute Ways to Wear..." post was hair related, I'm going to make this one makeup related and do cute ways to wear eyeshadow. There are a million cute ways to wear eyeshadow, but here are just a few...
They wrote an article on how to use eyeshadow as an instant eye-opening beauty trick. The trick is to use light shadow in the inner corner of your eyes.

As seen here on Taylor Swift:

One thing that I would like to perfect is smoky eyes. I think smoky eyes are really pretty and Glamour did an article on how to do it right. I guess that would be a great post for my "How-to" section.
Here is the smoky eye shadow on Michelle Trachtenburg:

Transformers Premiere Full of Fashionable Beauties
The Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen premiere was full of Beautiful women.
The first beauty being one of the stars of the show, Megan Fox. I love everything about her outfit, including her hair. She totally makes up for past attire, and hair, choices. Although, I wonder what kind of shoes she is wearing?
The second beauty of the night is the lovely, Shawn Johnson. I think she such a cute girl and I love her outfit. The black and pink complement each other so well and the leopard print strap ties the outfit together perfectly. Her hair looks so cute with the side french braid, I might add! Although I don't think I would ever wear those shoes, they look great on her and go well with the dress.
Miss Brenda Song is the third beauty on the list. I love Brenda, on the Disney Channel, and she looks so pretty in this dress and her hair is gorgeous, as always. Although, I do like her dress, I think it would look better if the other sleeve was also short. And the necklace and shoes were a great choice to add to the ensemble.
Gossip Girl, Taylor Momsen, is the last beauty on the list. Although, her hair looks wonderful and the dress is cute, I think she looks a little bit old for her age, being only 15 or 16 years old. But she has always dressed far beyond her years. The very dark eye makeup doesn't help either. She should really tone down her look, just a tad. And one thing I hate about this look, is her shoes. Just not feelin' them.
What do you think of these four beauties?

Outfit Post 2
Friday night, I went out for my friend, Wes' birthday. There was a party for him at my friend's house. The outfit I chose was based on the Polyvore outfit I created a few days ago.
Shirt: Kohls (I think..)
Skirt: Wet Seal
Shoes: American Eagle (from Payless)
Earrings: Wet Seal (I think..)

For my hair I towel dryed first and then scrunched it using hair spray to get the beachy waves look. My bangs were not working for me so I just made a little braid, "Lauren Conrad style" as seen here.
*Sorry about the blurry pictures. They were taking on my Blackberry*
If you want to read about my night visit my personal blog This Is The Life xoxo.
Demi or Paris: Who Wore It Best?
A few days ago I posted about Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato at the Princess Protection Program premiere in Canada. Demi, like always, looked gorgeous in the dress she wore, but it seems that Paris Hilton has also worn the same dress before. And it even looks as if they wore the same shoes too!
In my opinion, and this has nothing to do with the fact I like Demi more than Paris, but Demi wore it better. I think her dark hair goes better with this dress, along with her jewlery, and even her dark nails.

Sophia Bush: Gorgeous at The Narrows Premiere
Sophia Bush looked beautiful, like always, at the premiere for her new movie, The Narrows. I'm really not a big fan of the dress she is wearing but it looks great on her! She could wear sweats and still look amazing! I'm such a big fan of Sophia Bush and I think she is one of the prettiest women in Hollywood. I envy her :P

Demi & Selena: Princess Proper
Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez looked beautiful at the North American premiere of their new Disney Channel original movie Princess Protection Program, in Toronto, Canada. I think they look very age appropriate and they picked really cute dresses that go great with ther personalities. Not to mention, their shoes are very cute! These two best friends looked great with the best accessory of all...each other! I can't wait for the movie to come out on the Disney Channel. It comes out in the United States on June 26th.
What do you think of these two Disney teen princesses?

Cute Ways To Wear....Headbands
Another thing I want to start on this blog is finding cute ways to wear accessories, etc. Paris Hilton is always wearing cute headbands and wearing them different ways, and I love headbands, so I was thinking about cute ways I could wear headbands.
The pictures here I found from Yahoo! answers. The girl in the pictures is the lovely, Hannah Beth. I love the way she works her headbands.
These next couple I found from The Beauty Haven...
I found a lot of ways to wear headbands at Oodora, where they have several celebrity's wearing them. So go over there and check out their article.
I'm excited to experiment with these different looks and see what fits for me =)

Outfit Post 1
One thing I want to start on this blog is doing outfit posts. I see them on a lot of blogs and I want to post my own. I love fashion and I just want to get your opinions.
The first outfit post I will do is from last weekend. This is the outfit I wore last Saturday, out at the club, for my best friend's 21st birthday party. It was my second time wearing it, the first being my own 21st birthday back in January.

Earrings: Kohls
For my hair I just towel dried it and scrunched it using hairspray, without brushing it. Then I pulled it all to the side leaving out my bangs and braided halfway down. Since it's summer time I usually don't like blow drying my hair or even flat ironing it, so I usually just scrunch it and pull it off to the side when I go out.

Get Lauren Conrad's Hair
One thing I want to start on this fashion blog, is how to get celebrity's hair styles. I'll search the web at different websites and post what I find. But don't worry, everyone will get credit where credit is due =)
Step 5: Secure with hairspray
The first celebrity is going to be Lauren Conrad, who is always doing cute things with her hair.
The first site I came across is College Fashion, who did an article last year, after someone sent in a question about ways she could do her hair like Lauren.
The first Lauren Conrad hairstyle is the "Twisted Pullback."
Tools Needed:
Bobby Pins
Bobby Pins
Curling Iron
Hairspray
Step 1: Part hair down center and separate into sections
Step 2: Grab hair, in one inch sections, hairspray, and curl using a large barrel curling iron
Step 3: Using one-inch sections from both sides of your face, loosely twist and pull them to the back of your head
Step 4: Secure with two bobby pins in the shape of an 'X' and spray with hairspray
The next hairstyle is the "Straight Chic Ponytail"
Tools Needed:
Flat Iron
Brush
Hair Elastic
Hairspray
Step 1: Part hair to the side or if your going to also wear a headband, a part is not nessesary
Step 2: Flat iron your hair to get a sleek straight look
Step 3: Tilt your head back and brush hair into a ponytale
Step 4: Secure with a hair elastic slightly above the nape of your neck
Step 5: Spray with hairspray to secure
*If you have bangs, just pull them out of the ponytale and arrange them the way you want. Or if you want to wear a headband just slip it on*
Hairstyle #3: "Pin-Straight and Shiny"
Tools Needed:
Blow Dryer
Blow Dryer
Flat Iron
Hairspray or
Shine Spray
Step 1: Blow dry hair straight, even if you have semi-straigt hair, with the blow dryer aimed down for extra smoothness
Step 2: Flar Iron hair until it is pin-straight
Step 3: Finish of with hairspray if you hair is naturally wavy and turns to frizz within a few hours if not, finish off with shine spray
*A headband can also be used to top off this hairstyle*
And the last hairstyle on the College Fashion website is "Wavy with Side Bangs"
Tools Needed:
Blow Dryer (if your hair is naturaly curly)
Large Barrel Curling Iron
Hairspray

Large Barrel Curling Iron
Hairspray
Step 1: If you have naturally curly hair, blow dry hair straight, if not let air dry
Step 2: Part hair slightly to the side and starting with the bottom layers, hairspray 1 to 2 inch sections, then curl. Stop winding hair when you get to a few inches from the root
Step 3: Section out your bangs and and use the curling iron to flip the bangs away from your face and use some hairspray to hold or slip on a stetchy headband on and arrange your bangs so they tuck behind your ears then spray to secure.

The next Lauren Conrad hairstyle comes from Instyle.

Megan Fox at the Transformers Germany Premiere
I saw this picture of Megan Fox at the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Germany Premiere and I have to say...I have mixed feelings. I mean the dress is pretty but I think the slit is a little too high. And I think it should have been made to wear a bra, because, frankly, Megan is looking a little chilly. And although her hair looks better than it did at the MTV Movie Awards, I still don't really like it. I think she looks much better with her hair down. But I do have to say those shoes go well with the dress.

Blake Lively is Stunning
Blake Lively looks stunning at the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) Fashion awards. I love the color pink and that dress is amazing! It kind of hurts your eyes a little but its still gorgeous! The nude color shoes also look great with the dress.
What do you think of Blake and her amazingly bright pink tube dress?
Kristen Stewart-- Fashion NO!
There have been a ton of new updates on Kristen Stewart on the website OceanUp. And most of them have words in the title like: Marvelous and Gorgeous. My thoughts are that she is far from those things, by the looks of these photos.
Like this one, for example. Some one's got to tell her that a mullet is not cute! The title reads "Mullet Marvelous" but honey, it is far from marvelous. I know the 80's are coming back with a bang, but a mullet?
Or how about this one. "Joan Jett Joyful," the title reads. From the looks of this picture, "joyful," would not be the word I would go for..maybe "scary."
Before the hair cut, and the hair dye to jet black, this is what she looked like...The messy hair look, looks way better I must say. Kristen Stewart...why did you cut and dye your hair?? Thank goodness, she did it after, the movie awards though.
Kristen Steward is a pretty girl. Just not with a jet black, shoulder length, mullet.
